Kathleen & George found in Mallorca the perfect place to celebrate a wedding that reflected the way they live their lives: aesthetic, energetic, and deeply authentic.
Their story began in Chicago, where they both arrived on the very same day, never imagining that just a few weeks later their paths would cross and change everything.
She comes from the fashion world. He from finance. Two very different personalities who found a natural balance between creativity, structure, and a very similar way of seeing life.
Today, they share a life in downtown Chicago with their Golden Retriever, Campbell, surrounded by friends, travel, and plans that are always full of energy.
And that’s exactly what their wedding became too: authentic, dynamic, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.

Mallorca offers a unique balance of natural beauty, incredible gastronomy, and effortless sophistication, which is exactly why it has become one of Europe’s most sought-after destinations for luxury weddings.
For Kathleen & George, it was the ideal place to bring together guests from different parts of the world and create an experience that felt elevated while still warm and approachable.

Their vision: a modern, stylish wedding full of energy

From the very beginning, they were clear about one thing: they wanted a beautiful wedding, but above all, they wanted a wedding with great energy and people genuinely enjoying themselves.

They were never drawn to something overly traditional or excessively formal. They envisioned a dynamic, social weekend with a strong atmosphere, where each day would bring its own personality.

The goal was to create a thoughtfully designed three-day experience:

• a relaxed welcome event by the sea,
• a highly visual wedding day,
• and a slower final day to continue enjoying time with their guests.

There were also three priorities that mattered deeply to them: exceptional food, great music, and an unforgettable party.

They wanted the wedding to feel elegant and contemporary, but never stiff. Beautifully designed, yet always warm, natural, and full of life.

Trusting the process & finding clarity

Planning a destination wedding in Mallorca from another country can be incredibly exciting, but also overwhelming, especially when there’s inspiration everywhere.
Kathleen had a very clear aesthetic vision from the start, while George brought a more structured and practical perspective. A big part of our role was helping them shape all those ideas into something cohesive, realistic, and effortless to navigate.
Beyond the design itself, we wanted every decision to make sense, every detail to feel aligned, and the entire process to remain enjoyable rather than stressful.
From the beginning, trust was one of the most important things for them. They wanted to feel supported by a team that could guide every step with honesty, clarity, and confidence.
And that is exactly what we built together.

Day 1: Welcome by the sea

The celebration began with a relaxed welcome evening by the Mediterranean.
Golden sunset light, a soft sea breeze, and the atmosphere of Mallorca at golden hour created the perfect beginning for a weekend designed to be enjoyed slowly and fully.
Guests gradually arrived, reconnecting, raising glasses, and settling into that special energy that naturally surrounds destination weddings in Mallorca.

Day 2: The wedding

A refined finca setting that spoke for itself

The wedding took place at a finca that perfectly matched the overall vision Kathleen & George had for the weekend: elegant, contemporary, and full of character, without ever feeling excessive.
The design approach was clean, refined, and highly curated, combining soft textures, a balanced palette, and subtle details that complemented the surroundings naturally.
Everything worked together to create an atmosphere that felt sophisticated, cohesive, and inviting.
The ceremony itself held a beautiful balance between elegance and authenticity.
The setting, the light, and all the carefully considered details reflected the couple’s personality in a very natural and genuine way.

Cocktail hour: food in motion

Food played a very important role throughout the entire weekend, and cocktail hour became one of the most memorable moments of the day.
The goal was to create a dynamic atmosphere where guests could move around freely, discover different stations, and enjoy a variety of flavors and textures throughout the evening.
Exactly the kind of experience Kathleen & George wanted for their wedding: elegant, relaxed, high-quality, and full of life.

Dinner: contemporary elegance with a natural balance

Dinner followed the same aesthetic direction as the rest of the weekend: modern, refined, and elegant, while still remaining warm and approachable.
Textures, lighting, and carefully layered details added depth and warmth to the space, creating a sophisticated atmosphere without feeling overly formal.
Everything was intentional, but in a subtle way. Nothing felt excessive or overdesigned.
The priority was simple: allowing guests to fully enjoy the moment while maintaining that beautiful balance between design, comfort, and natural elegance.

The party: sweet energy all night long

The cake moment brought a more playful and relaxed energy before the party truly began.
The dessert table followed the same clean and refined aesthetic as the rest of the wedding, with soft draping, silver accents, and an all-white palette that felt modern and elegant. Macarons, tartlets, delicate chocolate bites, and a two-flavor wedding cake completed the scene while maintaining the understated sophistication that defined the entire celebration.
And then came one of the most anticipated moments of the weekend.
Because if there was one thing Kathleen & George knew from the start, it was that they wanted an incredible party.
The music, timing, and layout of the space were all designed to keep the energy high throughout the night. The bar integrated beside the dance floor, the live music, and the natural transitions between moments allowed everything to flow effortlessly.
And once the party started, nobody wanted it to end.

Day 3: A slower finale to keep enjoying the weekend

After the energy of the wedding day, the final gathering of the weekend unfolded at a much slower pace.
A relaxed poolside barbecue where guests could continue spending time together, share stories from the night before, and enjoy the more laid-back side of Mallorca.
The perfect ending to a weekend filled with unforgettable moments, great energy, and so much personality.
