Alana & Sam’s journey began in the most unexpected of times, February 2020, right before the world hit pause. After just three dates, the pandemic separated them, but not for long. From virtual pen pals to real-life partners, their connection only grew stronger. When they reunited in July, sparks flew, and never stopped. Years filled with adventure, family, friendship, and shared dreams followed, leading to a sunrise proposal after a dreamy trip to Italy. Their wedding in Mallorca was not just a celebration, it was the culmination of a once-in-a-lifetime love story.

Alana & Sam dreamt of a wedding that was vibrant yet refined, meaningful yet relaxed, and above all, uniquely them. They wanted to blend timeless Jewish traditions with the natural charm of Mallorca, creating a four-day experience their guests would never forget. A weekend full of magical moments, twinkling lights, joyful music, and Mediterranean soul.

Planning a destination wedding across the ocean isn’t easy, especially when you’ve never set foot in the location. For Alana & Sam, choosing the right planner was just as important as finding the right venue. They needed someone they could trust completely. Someone transparent, honest, responsive, and with the expertise to guide every decision wisely, both creatively and financially.

From the start, they expressed three core worries: finding a trustworthy planner, understanding the true cost behind every concept, and securing a venue that felt just right. Above all, they wanted the process to feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Our mission was clear: to bring their vision to life in a way that felt joyful and stress-free—never extravagant for the sake of it, but thoughtful, beautiful, and completely personal. A WEDDING WEEKEND FULL OF WOW

DAY 1: Boat Day

The weekend began on the water, with sunshine, sea breeze, and Balearic beats. Guests were welcomed aboard for a day of cruising along Mallorca’s turquoise coast, soaking in the island’s beauty from a new perspective. With refreshing drinks, music, and laughter echoing over the waves, it was a Mediterranean dream and the perfect way to kick off the celebration.

DAY 2: Welcome Party

The next day, the adventure continued with a welcome party in a picturesque Mallorcan village full of charm and soul. Guests arrived in style aboard a vintage wooden train, winding through the countryside, turning the journey itself into an experience.

Set in this special location, the atmosphere was warm, joyful, and full of character. Beautiful views, vibrant flavors, and heartfelt conversations set the tone for the days to come. It wasn’t just a welcome, it was the beginning of something unforgettable.

DAY 3: The Wedding

A calm and emotional morning, surrounded by close family and friends, buzzing with excitement.

A meaningful ceremony bathed in golden sunlight, setting the tone for an evening to remember. The ceremony took place beneath a stunning floral chuppah, bathed in golden light. Though not traditionally religious, it honored their Jewish heritage in a way that felt intimate and heartfelt.

The cocktail hour buzzed with energy, music, handcrafted bites, and a fun “take a shot & take a seat” moment for the seating plan.

Delicious dinner, thoughtful speeches, and the hora 

Dinner unfolded beneath the stars, with a stunning layout of round and long tables dressed in vibrant florals, artisan ceramics, and the soft glow of candlelight. The atmosphere was both sophisticated and full of warmth, inviting guests to connect, celebrate, and savor every moment.

Cava tower and live band

As speeches filled the air with heartfelt words and laughter, the energy continued to rise. Before opening the dance floor, Alana & Sam gathered their guests around a dazzling cava tower—a sparkling, joyful moment that marked the official start of the party.

Then came the music. A live band lit up the night with unstoppable rhythm, filling the dance floor from the very first song. From their romantic first dance to the wildly joyful hora, the celebration never lost its spark. The seamless flow between performances, toasts, and the final DJ set kept the magic pulsing until the very last beat.

DAY 4: Brunch day

No better way to close the weekend than with a laid-back brunch surrounded by views and sunshine. Stories were shared, hugs exchanged, and everyone left with full hearts (and full stomachs). It was the perfect send-off.
