Rachel & Francisco
Rachel & Francisco wedding
Rachel & Fran’s elegant wedding in Mallorca
Pre-wedding in front of the sea
As a welcome to all the guests, they celebrated an informal cocktail party in a restaurant overlooking the sea. It was just the beginning of an unforgettable weekend.
An elegant wedding with mountain views
Francisco is Spanish and Rachel, American.
They met at a party in business school through a mutual friend and they have been together ever since.
One of their passions is traveling the world together.
They wanted to have a wedding in Mallorca that blends both Spanish and American cultures.
What did they expect and how describe their experience?
What they expected from the wedding planner was honest and quality advice, good coordination on the wedding day and to help them make their wedding bright on all levels.
They wished a very nice floral arch that they would stand under for the ceremony, amazing outdoor lighting, good music, and excellent food.
Their major concerns were making things easy for their guests and managing all of the suppliers for the wedding day.
They expected recommendations based on past experience and expertise, good advice, and full support to execute logistics, guest management on the pre-wedding event and wedding day.
This is how they describe their experience:
“Thank you so much for everything!! Rachel and I had the absolute best days – it was so special, incredible, and full of love 🙂 Everyone had a fantastic time, and the venue was simply amazing!
Thank you so much for all your work throughout last week and these past months!”
Classy ceremony at Finca Comassema with views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains
The ceremony was held in the clastra of Finca Comassema, surrounded by their best friends and family who came mostly from the United States and Andalusia.
For the ceremony an irregular shaped arch decorated in greens, blues and light tones was chosen.
Live music and mouthwatering Spanish food
Ham and a wide variety of delicious appetizers were served during the cocktail.
For entertainment they chose a trio of Spanish music with flamenco influences that was amazing.
A dinner under tears of light
The tables were a combination of elongated and round, to facilitate the distribution of the groups of friends, among other things.
They were decorated with garlands of eucalyptus and Italian ruscus and a variety of flowers in different blue tones (delphiniums, peonies, hydrangeas, garden roses, etc.).
Flamenco, a saxophonist, and tequila
As a significant part of the groom’s family was Andalusian, there was flamenco throughout the wedding, which was intertwined with a live saxophonist during the dance.
These unforgettable moments were captured by Juanlu Rojano and Quatrelemens
I really hope you got to have a little taste of their beautiful time on the island.
