Susann & Chebi
Today we would like to tell you about one of the couples who trusted us to organize their wedding: Susann & Chebi. As you know, our main premise is to create genuine and different weddings always connecting with the client in order to devise the perfect wedding.
Since we met them, we knew that Susann and Chebi were a special couple. They met and promised in New York, where they lived for four years before moving to Switzerland. She is German and Chebi is Spanish and despite the geographical differences they both shared the same dream: getting married in the Balearic Islands. They chose Mallorca because it offered them greater possibilities and it adapted much better to their preferences. We are deeply happy that they chose us to organize their great day!
As in every wedding, we love knowing the history of the couple: their tastes, concerns, expectations, etc. This is only way can we create customized concepts with which the couple identifies themselves 100%. Both declare themselves foodies and lovers of new cultures. So, we started working on that concept! Given the origin of the couple, it was important to keep in mind both homelands and combine traditions so that all the guests felt at home.
The result was a unique, sophisticated and simple wedding; rustic-mediterranean style. We managed to create an exceptional and warm atmosphere in which the personality of the couple was reflected in every detail.
As they are in love with Mallorca, we were very aware of the mediterranean inspiration. We used materials such as burlap, raffia and wood and a color palette of lavender, soft pink, white and green tones. We also wanted to reflect that mediterranean air in the Susann bouquet, so that we incorporated olive, peonies, roses, lisianthus and touch of astilbe. It looked spectacular!
We like to do different things, so at the dinner area, which was surrounded by spectacular mountain views, we combined round and square tables to break a bit the traditional format. We gave them warmth with rustic tablecloths and bamboo chairs, color with lavender napkins and green glasses and a lot of light with candles and delicate mason jars full of lavender, lisianthus and roses. All under a starry sky of magic lights!
We can remember that great day thanks to the fantastic pictures of Abraham García.
