Do you offer individual services or do you only undertake full projects?

We can’t imagine working on partial projects because our minds can’t conceive delivering partial results.

Do you have exclusivity agreements with your suppliers? We heard that many wedding planners only recommend suppliers they sign exclusivity contracts with.

Many things may have changed ever since we created Pasión Eventos in 2009, but one thing definitely hasn’t. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, NEVER HAVE WE AND NEVER WILL WE sign exclusivity agreements with any of our suppliers.

You’re the reason behind all our hard work. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that we’ve always wanted to feel free to choose who we work with. So you can trust that we’ll give you our best and most honest advice and recommendations.

Each year we only work with the very best on the market (committed, honest and of the highest quality). Resting on our laurels really isn’t our thing.

We’re firm believers in constant growth and improvement. So we don’t want any exclusivity contracts tying our hands and feet in the long term.

We’re always adapting and making sure we respect and optimize your investment by putting together winning teams that will craft one of the most unforgettable days of your lives.

Are your fees fixed??

We don’t have a fix fee. Each and every one of our couples and weddings are absolutely, preciously unique. You’ve all got your own personalities and expectations.

Our fees will depend on the level of commitment you require and, on the complexity, and number of events that you’d like to celebrate.

How can I book your services?

First, you must fill out the form on our website – please be as specific as you can.

Once we receive it, we’ll get in touch, have a chat and give you our feedback on the feasibility of your ideas (expectations vs budget).

And if we’re on the same page, we’ll discuss your wedding project – free of charge – and present you with a plan for the BEST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE.

Do we have to pay higher prices to have you plan our wedding for us?

We don’t increase our suppliers’ prices, so you won’t have to pay extra.

We don’t like to meddle in other people’s business, which is why we never invoice for services that aren’t our own.

Since we value full TRANSPARENCY of prices and conditions, for your peace of mind you’ll always be paying the end supplier directly.

We’ll provide you with all the relevant information concerning our suppliers, so that you’ll always know where your money is being spent.

Who should I hire first? My wedding planner o the rest of the suppliers?

Would you start building your house from the roof? You sure wouldn’t, so hire the wedding planner first. Your decisions won’t be that great if you’re feeling scared, insecure, stressed out or don’t have the proper knowledge.

We’re more than just planners, we’re expert advisors above all. We’ll take your hand and guide you from the very first day. You can sit back and relax, knowing that everything is being taken care of. It’s not a dream, it’s REALITY.

We’ll tell you about all the pros and cons of every option so you’ll be able to make well-informed, conscious decisions and everything will make sense from the very beginning.

How far in advance should I hire my wedding planner?

Between 8 and 18 months before the wedding – it’s truly up to you.

If there’s less than 6 months left until you’re the big day, no panic! We love a good challenge and we could plan a wedding in 2 months… We’ve done it before.

How many times do I have to come to Majorca before the wedding?

2 times should be enough + THE BIG DAY

1^st visit: Picking a wedding venue (at the very beginning).
Two days should do it. It must be during the week (Monday to Friday), since usually venues are busy with events or are closed on weekends.
Occasionally and as an exception, we could go check out venues on a Saturday morning.

2^nd visit: Menu tasting + meeting the suppliers at the wedding venue (mid-planning).
This visit must also be during the week (Monday to Friday) for the same reasons we just mentioned.
Occasionally and as an exception, the menu tasting could take place on a Saturday at noon.

3^rd visit: Well… you certainly have to show up on your wedding day 😊
