Since 2009, Pasión Eventos has upheld a clear principle: we have never worked exclusively with any vendor. Our priority is you, which is why we select only the best professionals for each wedding—committed, honest, and of the highest quality.

How does your pricing work? Do you have fixed fees?
We do not have a fixed fee because every couple is unique, with different expectations and needs. Our fees vary based on the level of detail, complexity, and number of events you wish to celebrate.
What is the process to work with you?
The first step is to fill out our online form with as much detail as possible.
Once we receive it, we will contact you to assess the feasibility of your wedding (expectations vs. budget).
If we are a great match, we will create a customized proposal at no cost to shape a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
Does hiring your services mean we’ll pay more for vendors?
We never increase vendor prices or charge for services that are not our own.
You will always pay vendors directly, ensuring total transparency in pricing and conditions.
We will provide you with all the necessary information, so you always know exactly what to pay and to whom.
Who should we hire first, the wedding planner or the vendors?
Don’t put the cart before the horse—hire your wedding planner first.
We are not just planners; we are expert advisors. From day one, we guide you with confidence and clarity, ensuring everything flows seamlessly and flawlessly.
A rushed decision, such as booking a venue with exclusive vendors, can change everything, it might not align with your budget or your vision for the wedding.
We provide a clear and honest overview of every option so that every decision you make is well-informed, intentional, and in harmony with your dream wedding.
How far in advance should we book our wedding planner?
Ideally, you should book your wedding planner 8 to 18 months before your wedding, depending on how proactive you are.
If your wedding is less than 6 months away, don’t panic! We love challenges and have successfully planned weddings in just 2 months with flawless results.
How many times will we need to travel to Mallorca before the wedding?
Two visits + The Big Day are enough.
🔹 1st Visit: Venue Selection (early in the process)
We recommend dedicating two weekdays (Monday to Friday) to visit venues, as they are usually booked or closed on weekends. Exceptionally, we can arrange visits on a Saturday morning.
🔹 2nd Visit: Menu Tasting + Vendor Meetings (midway through planning)
These meetings should also take place on weekdays for the same reasons. Exceptionally, the menu tasting can be scheduled on a Saturday at midday.
